Packaging
DemKota’s state-of-the-art processing takes place in our own plant devoted solely to the production beef cattle sourced from a 250-mile radius of the Aberdeen, S.D. plant. Following the shrink-wrapping process, our products travel through a cold water process which dissipates residual heat prior to final packaging and shipment.
